Job Duties:

Develops hands-on recruiting strategies
-
Interview and selecting qualified candidates to work at various client companies
-
Interacting with our clients to determine skills required for various job assignments, resolves and addresses clients’ concerns and/or complaints
-
Matching candidates to job orders and filling open positions in an effective and timely manner
-
Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and client companies
-
On-boarding and managing the employee workforce: including counseling, disciplinary actions and terminations
-
Other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and self-direct

Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency

Enjoy working in a high volume, fast-paced environment

The Ability to work after hours and on weekends if required

BUSINESS ANALYST / ACQUISITION SUPPORT SPECIALIST
FULLTIME
SPRINGFIELD, VA
The Acquisition Specialist shall assist in facilitating requirement documents of all types of unique, complex, or specialized supplies and services that include information technology products and services; facilities construction, alteration and repair; maintenance; equipment; technical advisory and specialized services. The contractor will assist the government with a full range of acquisition planning and contract management functions required to support a contract project development. The contractor shall assist with plans, and development of the contractual strategy for the overall acquisition program for the organization. The acquisition specialist will review and analyze requirements packages for accuracy and completeness and prepare, control, and review procurement documents and reports. The acquisition specialist will verify abstract information contained in documents and report findings to the acquisition and requirements program analyst.
Requirements:

BA degree and minimum of 5 years experience

Must have an active DOD Secret Security Clearance
-
DOD Acquisition experience strongly preferred.
Other duties but not limited to:
-
Facilitate requirement documents to obtain procurement of all types of unique, complex, or specialized supplies and services.

Assist in initial requirements development (who, what, when, where, why) and package maturation that supports the procurement of supplies, services. Prepares, controls, and reviews procurement documents and reports to include, i.e.; correspondence (Memorandums, Policy Letters, and Budget Narratives, Standard Operating Procedures).

Work primarily in the area of acquisition and requirements, in supporting the PFPA divisions in procurement requirement development.

Assist management with strategic planning including market research, evaluations, studies, analyses, scenarios/simulations, reports.

Provide personnel with experience in program or acquisition support including administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
